Through the Convatec Ostomy Access Program, we provide ostomy supplies to financially eligible patients on a temporary basis, at no charge.* Patients who are uninsured and unable to afford the cost of ostomy supplies may be eligible.

Note: While Convatec will make every effort to grant aid when needed, the program is limited by available resources and may be discontinued or changed at any time. This program is offered in the United States only (50 states and the District of Columbia).
Qualification Guidelines
To receive a three-month supply of ostomy products once every 12 months through the Convatec Ostomy Access Program,® patients must certify all of the following:
- Patient may not have any prescription assistance through third-party coverage such as Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance or Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).
- Patient must state that they are not able to purchase their Convatec Ostomy supplies.

Ted Vosk finds his way back to the activities he enjoys after his second ostomy surgery.
He started by walking 50 yards down the sidewalk in front of his house. Each day he went a little further, building strength and confidence one step at a time. And it worked. Six months after surgery, Ted ran two half-marathons on back-to-back weekends for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America. He also returned to the courtroom, picking up his practice as a trial and appellate attorney.
